Fit should be snug, almost feeling too small. With baby inside, the sling will stretch slightly and comfortably sit at or above your hips. For ultimate carrying comfort, make sure the sling is spread flat along your shoulder and around your back.

Measure your chest, above your bust (right under your armpits) to determine the right sling size for you. Please note, this is not your bra size. The fleece does stretch a little, so you may want to take that into consideration. Usually the smaller size fits better overall if you are in between sizes. Most women fit a Small or Medium.
