i have a nine month old baby who at the moment is going through seperation anxiety, he gets distressed if he is put down or passed to other family members. i searched dilligently for a carrier that would keep my baby close to me, felt comfortable even with his weight (he is about 19lbs) and left my hands free to continue doing my daily tasks of running a home. I have been using the ergo for only a few days but already i wouldnt be without it. my baby rides on my back all day long, he is a much happier baby, i am a much happier mummy, the carrier is very comfy to wear and the baby is not heavy at all in it. I still have both hands free to continue my daily tasks. I would not be without this carrier now and would definatley recommend this carrier to all mums, I have found the very best carrier for me and my baby, it was well worth every penny.
