You don't have to wait 28 days for a delivery from Free Range Kids! We pride ourselves on our rapid despatch of all orders. If you order online, you will receive an email confirming your order. If for some reason you do not receive your parcel within 10 days, please contact us.
We currently offer free delivery within the UK but you are welcome to upgrade your delivery to First Class or Special Delivery. These delivery rates reflect the actual cost of sending your order to you. When you add an item to your shopping basket, you will also be shown the delivery cost for your order. Please note that we reserve the right not to complete an order and payment will not be processed in this event.
We will deliver to international addresses but regret that we are unable to deliver to the United States or Canada due to restrictions placed on us by our insurance company.
If you are not happy with anything purchased from Free Range Kids, please return the item in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase in unused, unwashed condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Any additional postage charge is non-refundable. Second class return postage will be refunded via a credit voucher. If your purchase is in anticipation of the birth of a baby, please advise us of the expected due date at the time of ordering and we will consider that to be the relevant date for returns purposes. Please obtain proof of posting for your own protection in the event of the parcel being lost in the post. To expedite your refund, please quote the order number from your invoice. The Free Range Kids Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Should you wish to return or exchange any item it would be most helpful if you could contact us first, as there are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back.
If you've placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Your satisfaction matters to us! If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, with our products or our service, then please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can immediately rectify the problem. |
